At first, when I listened to this song I didn't like it. I played the album over and over the first day I got it and suddenly, this song stuck. I played it over and really listened to the lyrics. It's a beautifully heartbreaking song, in the same way as "Permanent". David has a beautiful way of expressing emotion in his songs and his is the first album I've listened to where there are songs that make me cry. I am very impressed with the entire album. Originally being an Archuleta fan, I was shocked at how much I loved Cook's album.
