You post is too funny! I love the entire recap and your up-to-the-second detail. I have to tell you I laughed my a@# off when you got to the part about meeting Dave and telling him that you had never met him before. Too funny! I can laugh because I too, seriously froze up when I met him and there was no one else around, just me, Dave and my 12 yr old son.

You almost made me feel as if I was there. Thanks for providing all the hidden "tidbits" that could not be heard through the cellcast and didn't really pick up on in the videos. Need to re-watch with your comments in mind. I did notice there were no pranks, no antics and I wondered why. Maybe David wanted to prove to all that he really was "worthy" of winning AI and is even more "worthy" of being a brilliant artist!

Thanks for taking the time to do this recap. I was very curious to see how his concert with compare to Dave's. Sounds like he is a little more subdued than Dave is on stage. I think I am spoiled by that now. I thought it was funny that you said you were "on loan" from David. That is how I would feel should my husband decide to go. One question lingers in my mind, however. You didn't mention ticket prices and I just wonder where he falls compared to Dave.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for your amazing story. It really warms my heart to know that David's heart is as big as his music and that voice. I laughed, I cried, and then smiled while reading what happened to you. I watched the videos so I know EXACTLY who you are and I have to tell you I laughed my rear end off when he called you out for gasping! I could only think to myself, that's probably what I would do.
