Hey David, Im sitting here with a heavy heart knowing how you must be feeling. You mean the world to me and I am so sorry about your loss. I want you to take care of yourself...and also, dont over work yourself. If you need to take some time off, please do so - I would think your fans would understand. You are such an amazing and strong human being. There needs to be more people like you in the world. I cried off and on all day yesterday. I felt sick to my stomach. My heart is just aching for you. I feel so bad
