There are many many reasons to be a fan of David Cook. Not only because of the many ladies and girls out there admiring his gorgeousness, his outstanding voice, but he's also caring,sensative, and humoress.
David's voice is awesome, and its true rock music matirial. He has the voice that can range, and his music isn't the screaming rock music. He has the fun voice that can sound good for whatever type of music he wants to sing. I mean, come on, you have to admit you catch yourself singing along to the cd, or screaming the lyrics on the top of your lungs. I know his tour comes to our town, my best friend and I are going. We already have our money saved, and can not wait to go and scream the lyrics along with David as loud as we can.
If you pay close attention, you can always see the orange braclet he wears because of Lindsey Rose, who has and is suffering from leukemia. Her dad, Charley Belcher, had given David the wristband on an interview in Tampa, Florida. On the wristband, her motto "Do whatcha gotta do!" is on one side, while her name is posted on the other. Not only is orange Lindsey's favorite color, its also the color of official childhood leukemia awarness. I think just saying that proves my point, even if I can go on.
If you have heard David speak on American Idol, I think you can notice the humor he shares, as I think alot of us shared a little giggle at "Yes, Yes, Yes". Also, another example of his humor that I found was on youtube.com, his pirate joke with "Archie" and others on American Idol.
David's not only America's idol, he's a big role model to alot of kids, and some adults. I'm a teenager, and I admire David for all he's done, and all his accomplishments. I'm listening to "Time Of My Life" as I finish off my little reasons of why I like David. If you listen to this song, it makes you think and realize some things you might want to do with life, along with the song "Dream Big" and many others!
