Sitting here listening to Light On through my Bose earbuds I've come to a sad realization ... there is no way my car speakers are going to survive the new album.
Wel, rats. I'll just have to get a new system with kick ass speakers, won't I? They're already pretty blown from listening to Billie Jean at the volume it demands.
What can I say? I'm just a rocker chick at heart rejoicing in the arrival of a brand new rock god! It's been a long time.

I see no reason to reinvent the wheel, or re-explain the day I discovered David Cook. I wrote the following on 6/24/08 when I joined the mighty BBAC den and it still pretty much covers how I ended up on the David Cook Wagon Of Wonder (DC… WOW!).
It's only slightly edited and as good a place as any to begin what will inevitably be an embarrassingly spotty blog.
I'm a total David Cook Dork! Goofiest thing I've ever had happen to me ... and there have been some goofy moments in my 40+ years.
