I was able to get only one ticket online. This was with the help of 2 people and I got 15 rows back. They are not horrible seats. I have been to concerts here and really, not any of the seats are horrible. It would be nice to sit closer. I will keep trying. I refuse to give that much money to the scalpers. I saw a pair of front row seats on Ebay for $1400! that's what is craziness! To all of those who didn't get tickets, let's hope he does another show here or something will open up!

Some charts say you are a Saggitarius and some say you are a Capricorn. I say you are what you feel! Happy Birthday David! I'm sure this is a very happy one. You've had an amazing year with only good things to come. Take some time to rest and then come back to KC and bless us with your music! Maybe I'll see you around town if you'll be home for Christmas.

Ok, seriously! New York? What about KC? Just kidding! I am so happy for you, David! If I could find a way to New York, I would but I can't. Guess I will just have to settle for seeing you turn the lights on for the Plaza on Thanksgiving. I will have the CD the day it comes out and I will be listening to nothing else from now on! I cannot wait. We are so excited here in your hometown. And we are so proud of our KC Boy. At least someone from KC is doing well (yes, that was a comment on the Chiefs. Grr!)!

Those performances were the highlight of my Saturday! David, you were amazing. And I saw you breathe a sigh of relief after every song. You needn't be nervous. You are amazing and you should know it by now.
I can't wait to see what you have in store for us. I have already preordered the album and after Saturday's performance, I know I won't be disappointed (not that I thought for a second that I would, but you know, recent Idols have been struggling lately).Hope to see you on the road soon. It would be great to see you live in your own setting.
I'll be there with some home town love!
My husband decided to make this a "couples vacation." But I plan on spending all day on Saturday waiting in line to be first to the stage. Giving some hometown love to our Cookie!
