Well, I'm not sure if I can adequately put into words WHY I'm a David Cook fan. There are so many reasons. I guess one is obvious, the man is amazingly talented. Not just his voice, but his songwriting abilities. Since about 7 months ago, I have been listening to David's pre-Idol album, Analog Heart, almost every day. The songs on that album, all written by David, are incredible. The lyrics are so deep and speak to ME in a way which is hard to explain, so I won't try. Just know that the lyrics are incredible and they blew me away the first time I heard them.

The second reason that I'm a David Cook fan is because he has a huge heart and he's a beautiful person, not just on the outside, but also on the inside, as cheesy as that sounds. You don't see a lot of people that are like David these days. He's so genuine and HUMBLE and very, very giving and compassionate. He's not afraid to show his emotions or open his heart to people. That's one of my most favorite things about him.

And of course, the third reason why I'm a fan, is that he is an INCREDIBLE, amazing, performer. When I saw him live, he made me feel like he was performing just to me, and that there weren't thousands of other people in the building. He makes every fan a part of his performance. He OWNS the stage. He was born to be on a stage in front of this many people. He's a natural.

So yeah, I know there are more reasons, but I could write about them all day. Those three are just the main ones, the ones that I think about most often. Thanks David for being such a great guy and for being the artist that you are.
