    I enjoyed your recap so much. Thanks for sharing. And I know exactly what you mean about driving through Houston. I was raised in that part of the country and I still avoid Houston if at all possible. Trouble is, I have a lot of friends there, so I have to go in there occasionally. I have learned several short cuts through the years.

    I was born and raised in that area and go back quite frequently. Did you get a lot accomplished there? I have lots of friends and relatives there. Did you get to go to Galveston? That place, along with the Bolivar Peninsula, was completely devastated. We have a house in Thicket, which is about 40 miles from Beaumont, and we still haven't got it cleaned up. I wasn't there when the hurricane came through, but a friend of mine from there said people were running for their lives. I also feel so sorry for the poor animals that suffered.

    This is probably a ridiculous question, but is there a way to change the background color from black to something else and the typed letters to black? I use Safari.
