I really love the video. Like all great music videos, it's a mini-movie along with the song. And I think the story represents David's life in so many ways. He had a lot of jobs like the one in the video - as a waiter or bartender and I think of his Axium song "Pecking Order" where he talks about his feelings about being in lowly positions. And the football field looks like Blue Springs - a perfect setting for the athlete side of him. I think it's amazing that the story is told with such clear story lines in such a brief amount of time. The boyfriend is such a JERK!
Go earlier than 6 am
The gate opens at 6 am, for the 7-9 am show. If you get there AT 6, you may not get in. This will be a mob scene with Adam & Kris' rabid fans there. I hope David Cook fans make a good showing and make him proud of us.
I went to the GMA Summer Concert a few years ago, but had a special pass so got to stand up front. Good luck to everyone who is going!
