I have been a fan of David Cook since I heard him sing Everything I Do during Hollywood week. Sure, I hated the hairdo but he had an amazing voice and that is what American Idol is all about. He was the reason that made me keep watching even after the whole writers strike was over (which is why I started watching AI in the first place). He was creative, he made me love songs that I hated or have never even heard before. Now that he is an Idol and has made his own album, we get to see more of him and realize just how great a guy he really is. There are only a few musicians out there where I can honestly say that I love the person just as much as the songs that he sings, and David is one of them.
