My husband and I headed out for our weekend anniversary trip to Sunfest on Friday afternoon. For those who read my earlier report on the DWoP thread, you know that it was a long shot for me to even be going on this trip because dear hubby is not a big fan of DC or music in general for that matter. But with a little persuasion and cookification help from my 9 year old son, this long shot became reality. The entire weekend was terrific but I know you want me to skip to the DC related stuff so here goes:

I'm an author in my Real Life so by nature I take a large amount of information and condense it into a user friendly format. I'm sure that this influenced my desire to make information readily and quickly available through a Daily Digest. While I'd like to say that starting the thread was solely an altruistic gesture to our time-deprived, cookie-starved friends, I admit to starting the thread for some selfish reasons as well...
