David-your performance of Permanent on Idol last night was amazing and beautiful, it brought tears to my eyes. You are such a talented and gifted singer and you touched my heart. I'm sure you made your brother proud, along with all the other people battling this evil disease. I can't wait to buy it on Itunes!! I also loved your performance on Ellen! Keep doing what you do best, pouring your soul into your music for all of us to enjoy and savor. Love you so much!!

David- my heart goes out to you and your family at this difficult time. I have personally endured a loved one losing the battle to cancer, and it's heart wrenching to say the least. It hurts in so many ways for everyone. This is truly a horrible disease and we need to keep our efforts strong to help find a cure. I participate every year in the Relay for Life walk sponsered by the ACR, and for some reason walking in rememberance of my loved one, helps bring me inner peace. Adam would have been proud to know you still continued with the race. My deepest sympathies to you and your family.
