I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...David Cook, even though what we see is what the camera's and media have shown us, fans who have been in contact with him can confirm that he is true to himself and his fans, just 'real'.

His talent cannot be denied, the ability to take songs like the ones he did on Idol and make them sound brand new and 'his' is amazing. The album "Analog Heart"...I can only imagine how high and long songs from that album would be on the charts...just beautiful stuff.
Now with the new album too...I know he'll make artist of the year for `09 in the AMA's...and if he doesn't there's something wrong with the system;)

The 80's brought music that resignates with us today and are modern day 'classics', all of David's music is just like that...the kind you can feel good about listening to, with it cranked way up in your car with the windows down...singing at the top of your lungs!! There aren't any songs put out nowadays that give you such a feeling...
