David is looking for your help in coming up with the theme for this year’s Race for Hope-DC exclusive Team DC tee, which he will then personally design! As you can tell from past designs, pop culture references have been our thing (Ted Lasso, The Office “Fun Run,” Stranger Things, Super Mario Bros., etc.), so David would love some new ideas in this same vein. Try to keep themes broad and well-known!

The winner, in addition to bragging rights, will also receive the following:

1. Free VIP Package Upgrade for the Race for Hope-DC Benefit Concert at Jammin’ Java! If you are unable to attend the concert in person, David will offer you a Zoom hang instead (note: concert attendees will not be offered the Zoom hang).
2. Two tickets to the Race for Hope-DC Benefit Concert or livestream (TBA – stay tuned!)
3. Shoutout on socials.
4. Signed team t-shirt.

Here’s how to enter the contest and submit your idea:

1. Donate $25 to David’s Personal Page HERE
2. Email Team Co-Captain Deana Martin with your receipt and the idea you’d like to submit for the theme
3. Every $25 donation earns you another theme submission, so if you donate $50, you get two entries, $100 gets you four entries, etc.
4. David will receive all of the theme ideas and choose the one he thinks will make the best shirt design

All donations must be submitted by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on Wednesday, March 5, 2025.
