Your blog put words to what I have been feeling...in a way that I could never express myself. Thank you for that. Your written words are just beautiful and I believe you have captured the essence of David. I loved your reference to Lennon and McCartney but I pray Neal and David will be able to keep this special bond and be lifelong friends (unlike John and Paul). I saw that moment when David touched his brow lightly in a 10 minute highlight of one of the Declaration Tour weeks and I was desperate to find the video that the clip was taken from, without success (lack of time).

I couldn't agree more! It annoyed me to no end when David felt that he had to do a vlog to address the discontented fans. It's just absurd. I love everything this guy is and does. I do like the band, but they are David's "band" and he is the frontman. It's as it should be.
