David, thank you for your posting and for sharing your relationship and feelings about Adam with us. I am so sorry for your loss. I am glad you were still able to run in Sunday's race. You are doing a wonderful thing by helping to raise awareness for this terrible disease. Your family, including Adam, must be so proud of you. I wish all of you the best and I continue to keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

Thank you for the blog David. Those kids must have been so freaking excited when you and the guys surprised them. That's so awesome. Good luck with the race this weekend. I so wish I could be there in person, but I will be there in spirit and virtually!
